ResellPilot provides Telegram-based resale alert software. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information for U.S. users, including California residents.

• Account identifiers (Telegram user id, Stripe customer/subscription ids).
• Configuration data you provide (ZIP code, watch terms, margin settings).
• Operational event data (alerts sent, billing events, webhook logs, audit logs).
• Technical diagnostics for uptime/security and fraud prevention.

• Deliver and operate the alert service.
• Process subscriptions and billing events.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve service reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
